Transformasi Intervensi Promosi Kesehatan untuk Mengatasi Perilaku Sedentari di Era Digital: Studi Literatur Review

Perilaku sedentari di era digital menjadi salah satu tantangan utama dalam kesehatan masyarakat karena meningkatnya penggunaan teknologi yang berkontribusi terhadap penurunan aktivitas fisik. Transformasi intervensi promosi kesehatan berbasis digital, seperti mHealth, eHealth, dan wearable devices, menawarkan peluang dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas intervensi promosi kesehatan berbasis digital dalam mengurangi perilaku sedentari dan meningkatkan aktivitas fisik. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan menganalisis 15 artikel ilmiah yang diperoleh dari database Google Scholar, PubMed, dan ScienceDirect dalam rentang waktu 2016–2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intervensi digital efektif dalam meningkatkan aktivitas fisik dan mengurangi waktu sedentari, terutama jika dikombinasikan dengan teknik perubahan perilaku seperti self-monitoring, goal setting, dan feedback. Namun demikian, efektivitas intervensi masih bervariasi dan dipengaruhi oleh faktor kepatuhan pengguna, desain intervensi, serta keberlanjutan penggunaan teknologi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan yang komprehensif dan terintegrasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas intervensi promosi kesehatan dalam mengatasi perilaku sedentari di era digital.
