Rekonseptualisasi Pencegahan Stunting Sinergi Promosi Kesehatan, Aktivitas Fisik, dan Intervensi Gizi

Stunting merupakan masalah gizi kronis yang masih menjadi tantangan utama kesehatan masyarakat, baik secara global maupun di Indonesia, karena berdampak jangka panjang terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekonseptualisasi pencegahan stunting melalui sinergi antara promosi kesehatan, aktivitas fisik, dan intervensi gizi. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menganalisis 20 artikel ilmiah nasional dan internasional yang dipublikasikan pada tahun 2020–2025. Data dikumpulkan melalui penelusuran database seperti Google Scholar, PubMed, dan ScienceDirect, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencegahan stunting paling efektif dilakukan melalui pendekatan terintegrasi berbasis siklus hidup. Intervensi gizi seperti pemberian MP-ASI, suplementasi mikronutrien, dan makanan tambahan berperan langsung dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan linier anak. Promosi kesehatan melalui edukasi, konseling, dan pemberdayaan keluarga terbukti meningkatkan perilaku pemberian makan anak. Sementara itu, aktivitas fisik terutama pada ibu hamil berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kesehatan maternal dan luaran kehamilan. Faktor sosial ekonomi, lingkungan, serta peran keluarga dan kader kesehatan juga menjadi determinan penting dalam keberhasilan program. Dengan demikian, diperlukan sinergi lintas sektor dan pendekatan multidimensional untuk menurunkan prevalensi stunting secara berkelanjutan.
